hooray for us! baby loves hip hop presents: the dino 5 was just named best childrens cd of the year by the parents choice award. the first pre-historic, pre-school hip-hop adventure not only sounds great but apparently is "a fantastic way for children to understand the differences between people (or dinos!) and teaching acceptance." wow! we just think it sounds great!!! click here for more. |

ella elephant (played by sharon jones states "i'm not leaving the group, just wanting to explore some solo material that i've been working on in the zoo". yup, ella will go into the studio with producer steven bernstein this spring to record her very own solo album to be released in summer of 2009. stay tuned for more.

| we just wrapped up recording the new baby loves hip-hop project and let us be the first to tell you - it's really (really) good (hard not to be as it was produced by the legendary prince paul. the cd is a "book on tape" and tells the story of the dino-5 - an all dinosaur band and will be coming out on cd this spring. for more info, pictures and a free song sample click here. |
